I didn't have much inspiration for these but I wanted to try some effects and I think some of them worked pretty well. For my next post I'll be attempting to better my negative space icons. Anyway do post your opinions! All icons feature Torchwood.

I'm very happy with these - I really like the colouring and texture usage and I made sure that they were how I wanted them to be. I also downloaded some better paint textures, and I even made a PSD as I was making icons! Please let me know what you think of these! Concrit is most certainly welcome! I've followed a few tutorials on colouring and stuff so hopefully these look a lot better. I've gone for simpler textures and colour schemes. These icons are all from the episode 'Countrycide' which I watched yesterday - the episode is good for the style of icons I went for because the lighting is really dark and you can emphasize the shadows. Still getting used to Photoshop again, I tried to be a bit more adventurous with textures and stuff but they all fall into two distinct styles, and both of these styles are ones I'd like to stick to for now. I also like 3D effects.
